Returns, exchanges and refunds
1. Refunds and Exchanges; We only refund/exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at (803) 261-4757 or Sales@cententcymbalsusa.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to: Centent Cymbals 1000 Windsor Shores Dr. Suite 10F Columbia, SC. 29223. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via phone or e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product or apply purchase credit to a similar item. Full product refunds are assessed on a case to case basis.
2. Exceptions; Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include: Discounted sales items such as samples, demos, used items or those products that hace been customized per clients request. We may offer a purchase credit on specific situations, please contact us to see if product is eligible for exchange or purchase credit.
3. Shipping; To return the item you purchased, please mail it to: Centent Cymbals 1000 Windsor Shores Dr. Suite 10F Columbia, SC. 29223. Refunds/exchanges do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded or credited will not include the cost of shipping.
